CUSTOMS AND EXCISE (AMENDMENT) (NO. 5) REGULATIONS, 2008

In Exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Customs and Excise Act, I, Goodall Edward Gondwe, Minister of Finance, make the following Regulations—

  1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Amendment) (No. 5) Regulations, 2008

  1. Amendment of the First Schedule to Cap. 42:01 sub. leg. p. 79

 The First Schedule to the Customs and Excise Regulations is amended by inserting thereunder, in correct numerical sequence, the following new Form—

"Forth No.                                               Title

21                                  COMESA Simplied Customs Document”.
