CONTROL OF GOODS (IMPORT AND EXPORT LICENCE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2024


IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Control of Goods Act, I, SOSTEN ALFRED GWENGWE, Minister of Trade and Industry, make the following Regulations


1.These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Goods (Import and Export Licence) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024.


2.The Control of Goods (Import and Export Licence) Regulations, (hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”) are amended, in the First Schedule by adding thereto the following goods


“25.Grain of any variety including soya beans and pigeon peas.
26.Peanut butter.
27.Honey.
28.Sweets.
29.Hot Chilli sauces.
30.LPG Cylinders.
31.PVC pipes.
32.Mops.”


3.The principal Regulations are amended, in the Second Schedule, by adding thereto the following goods


“13.Beans.
14.Cane sugar.
15.Pigeon Peas.”
