A mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday 15th May,2024 at 10am in the Mchinji District Council Hall.

A complete set of sealed Bids must be delivered at Ministry of Trade and Industry, Gemini House, Room 37, 2nd Floor, City Centre, Lilongwe before 10:00 am CAT on Thursday 6th June, 2024 and bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 6th June,2024 at 10am CAT in the Ministry of Trade and Industry Conference room 3rd Floor, Gemini House, City Centre, Lilongwe.
