NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
In Exercise of the powers confcred by section 1 of the Biosafety Act, 2002, I, John Bright Khcmbo Chirwa, Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, hereby appoint the 20th day ol August, 2007, as the date on which the Act shall come into operation.
