NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
In Exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Atomic Energy Act, 2011,1, Catherine Gotani Hara, Minister of Environment and Climate Change Management, hereby appoint the 22nd day of June, 2012, as the date on which the Act shall come into operation.
