NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE (MISCELLANEOUS FORMS)
(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2011

In Exercise of the powers conferred by section 123 of the National Parks and Wildlife Act, I, DANIEL SYMPHORIANO LlWIMBl, Minister of Tourism, Wildlife and Culture, make the following Regulations—

      1.  These Regulations may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife

(Miscellaneous Forms) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011.

2.    The Schedule to the National Parks and Wildlife (Miscellaneous Forms) Regulations in deleted and replaced with the following new Schedule—

Provided that where the application is for a special licence the purpose of which is to take or hunt specie for which a firearm is not necessary, e.g. plants, insects, small birds and small mammak this condition shall not apply.
