NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE (FEES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2011
In Exercise of the powers conferred by section 123 of the National Parks and Wildlife Act, I, Daniel Symphoriano Liwimbi, Minister of Tourism, Wildlife and Culture, make the following Regulations—
1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife Citation (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011.
3. The Director shall have power to exempt Malawian researchers from Exemption paying fees due under these Regulations.
4. The Schedule to the principal Regulations is deleted and replaced with the following new Schedules—
