CONTROL OF GOODS ACT (Cap. 18:08)

CONTROL OF GOODS (IMPORT AND EXPORT) (COMMERCE) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2015

In Exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 3 of the Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Commerce) Regulations, I, JOSEPH MWANAMVEKHA, Minister of Industry and Trade, make the following Order—

1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Commerce) (Amendment) Order. 2015.
2. Amendment of the Second Schedule Cap 18:08 Sub leg p.7
The Second Schedule to the Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Commerce) Order, is amended by adding thereto, in correct numerical sequence, the following new items—
18. Cement
19. Refined cooking oil
20. Laundry soaps
21. Liquor in sachets
22. Fresh milk
3. Amendment of the Third Schedule to Cap 18:08 sub leg p.9
The Third Schedule to the Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Commerce) Order, is amended by adding thereto, in correct numerical sequence, the following new items—
11. Oil Seed Products—
(a) Soya beans
(b) Pigeon peas
(c) Ground nuts
(d) Sugar beans
(e) Sunflower
(f) Oil meals
(g) Oil cake and
(h) Residues from oil seeds
12. Raw hard round wood timbers
