| 1 | Go to a commercial bank to pick up a free currency declarition form (CD1). | |
| 2 | The form should be completed and returned to the bank with a commercial invoice on the next day. | |
| 3 | After the creation of the CD1 form, a web based information is created which is shared by MRA and RBM | |
| 4 | Processing of the documentation takes a day, after which the form can be valid for six months. | |
| 5 | After the exportation, there is need of reconcillation in which MRA shares the information with RBM for RBM to validate. |
